week 5 google


Google ads is a helpful tool that can be used by many different people in order to try and reach a very wide scope of people. When creating your ad you must have a certain goal in mind for what you may want the ad to accomplish. Not all ads are made with the same goal in mind. Some are trying to generate a certain view on certain people while others are doing what we mainly think ads are there to do which is to make money. Once that person makes the decision on what it is exactly they want to do with their ad campaign then they can also narrow it down. The people can also try and make a target audience and try and make sure it reaches those people that you are trying to reach. By targeting these people you are controlling the success of your campaign far more. By putting the different ads onto such a widely used platform such as Google everyone will be able to see it. So by knowing this many different people will use certain keywords to try and get more and more attention drawn to their ad. This will then help these people be able to have more revenue drawn to their product as well due to the increased attention drawn by their ads. There are also numerous ways to be able to draw people in by having the ads be linked to different trigger words. For example certain ads will only pop up in the United States or for people of a certain demographic. Google will help people in the process of being able to have their different ads be successful by allowing different ads to air at certain times to help the product be driven to that specific product at that time. That way there is not as much clutter on Google. By driving these different people into the ads for a product allows not only those who make these ads to make more money it will also help Google make money as well as they get money from people using their platform. Google also has different ads groups and keywords to be able to help people see a specific ad. People who make these ads can also make it so that these ads cover a wide basis of words to take up as much real estate  from other words in order to be able to have the most amount of traffic and be able to profit the most. Google also allows the user to create a budget in order to not make it too expensive to launch your ad. You will make money based on how many people click on the ad and try to interact with that ad. Most people will set their daily budget lower, like within the $10-20 range. You usually do not want to do an outrageous amount of money unless you are a large corporation. This is a good amount to get the person clicks and good traffic and not having to pay out a large chunk of change on a daily basis. The better off the person is before they try and make the ad campaign the more money it is that they will be able to pour into it to really try and push what it is that the person is trying to do. That would leave the last step being launching the campaign for the public to see. By putting a ad campaign out for the public to see and react to will give the one who put it out their live feedback on just what exactly it is that the people like. The launcher can make live adjustments on their campaign as they go along with their ad run or if they see good things then they can make those adjustments to really bring the good out of what they have put out. If the campaign is not doing too good then you can see different metrics for why the ad is not doing so good and make the changes that may be needed. Learning about Google ads and the way that they try and change things to be able to hook different people into their ads was a very interesting lesson. By learning how to setup ads better on Google I feel as though it is not as hard as some people may make it seem to be to try and market different things. All it takes is a willing and able mind in order to put it all into motion.
